Ongoing Program Management
Your school will be supported by a dedicated VLN Account Manager to guide you through the operations of your school’s online learning programs. Beginning with the implementation, your Account Manager will work closely with you to define school policies and identify how they will be translated into the online environment. Your Account Manager will be available daily to field questions and ensure your online learning programs are running smoothly.
VLN’s world-class support includes monthly student achievement review sessions with school personnel, your VLN Account Manager, and your VLN Homeroom Teacher. This provides an opportunity to discuss students’ progress and address any necessary remediation needs.
On a quarterly basis, your VLN Account Manager will meet with each school to review overall program metrics and discuss your school’s long-term plans including:
- Financial impact of your school’s online learning programs
- Student achievement and trends
- Future planning
- Review of annual goals for new curriculum or updates to existing online courses.
Student Orientation
Each student’s account includes an orientation course specific to the student’s seat or login. In addition, VLN’s account managers host an annual, live web based orientation for each school district, which can be specifically tailored to the school’s programming and requirements.
